Do I pay for each event?
Yes, once per event: $12 for Classic, or $17 for Signature. There's no subscription and no ads. Prices don't include sales tax, which is added at checkout where it applies.
When do I pay?
When you first send your invitation or share its QR code. Design it, change it, try different cards: you don't pay anything until it goes out.
Does the price depend on how many guests I invite?
No. It's the same for 10 guests or 100. Planning something with more than 300 guests? Write to hello@cupcubes.com.
Do my guests need an account, or pay anything?
No. Guests simply open the invitation and reply. Only the host pays.
Can I get a refund?
Once your invitation has gone out, we can't offer a refund. That's why there's no charge until the moment you send.
Where do I find my receipt?
We email your receipt as soon as you pay, and My Events shows what you paid for each party.
What's the difference between Classic and Signature?
It's the same card. Classic is your card just as you see it. Signature brings it alive with motion designed for that card, and your guests watch it play when they open their invitation.
Can I change my mind?
Yes, any time before you send. After sending, you can upgrade from Classic to Signature for the $5 difference, and everyone who opens the invitation from then on sees it move.
Can I go back to Classic after paying for Signature?
Before you send, you can switch any time. Once you've paid for Signature, it stays Signature.
Will guests see the motion in their email?
The email shows your card still. The motion plays when they open the invitation.
